I have done an interview!! It isn't all that exciting, but i haven't done one before. Its on the Jeffrey Campbell Blog > http://www.jeffreycampbellshoes.com/uncategorized/emily-lupton-cest-moi-cest-toi-cest-nous-ensemble/ :). I felt a little silly writing the answers tbh, i find describing my style quite hard. But i enjoyed it.
It has been snowing recently, it is ridiculous!! There isn't any proper snow, just little flakes in the air, now this may sound pretty, but it is not, at the same time it is relally windy and this means it feels abnout -10 degrees! I refuse to be wearing warm clothes though, it looks so sunny outside i'm just in the mood for pretty, light clothing. It had better get warmer soon!

I think i must be the worlds worst blogger, i am truly terrible!! I just have next to no time for anyting these days.
I've just sent my reply to the Jeffrey Campbell blog interview so be sure to check their site in the next few days :) > http://www.jeffreycampbellshoes.com/category/blog/
I've had a nice few days, i made a skirt on sunday, which i don't really love, but i need to iron it, maybe then i will change my mind. I'll take pictures soon.
It is still ridiculously cold, there was snow today! Of course not enough to secure a day of school tomorrow.
I recently cannot stop listening to more classical music. Maybe i am growing old, or maybe my mother has managed to sway me. I am loving things like Debussy - you probably will have heard Clai de lune from somewhere - and ravel and even beethoven pieces, i love pretty piano pieces. But most of all, i am listening to the Amelie soundtrack over and over, (love this> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzzcFSGZ2Eo ) all lovely and French and old and full of accordians too. I love the accordian, even in more modern things like... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rH9x4S3-wVY&feature=PlayList&p=ACE2BC26CE010A36&index=50
Enjoy the lovely music, xox

YUM!
Today i thought that i would attempt to redeem myself from yesterdays disaster. I made some little chocolate cupcakes, only i burnt them a bit and they tasted a little of baking powder, not very nice. So i decided to make some nicer ones today.
This is my recipe, although i may make some more in the next few weeks and make it better, but they were quite nice.
Enjoy...
Ingredients ->
6oz self raising flour (but a couple more will be needed to be added)
1.2(ish) teaspoons of baking powder
5oz of caster sugar
6oz of margerine
two or three table spoons of syrup (more could be added i think)
A dash of milk
Two eggs (large)
Almost three teaspoons of cinnamon
About half a teaspoon of vanilla paste
1. Put the syrup into a pan and put under a verrrrrry low heat while you mix together the: flour, sugar, baking powder, and margerine. Then add the syrup in, and mix altogether. Your mixture should be a thin (for dough) but doughy mixture.
2. Add in your eggs. Here the mixture becomes very liquidy and thin, so add in another couple of desert spoons of flour (i would estimate 1 1/2 to 2oz) until it starts to be a consistancy more like cake mix. Then add in your cinnamon and vanill apaste till it tastes good.
3. Spoon into paper cases. I managed to get 23 (in standared cases) don't fill them up too hight, a little under halfway is just fine.
4. Put in the oven at 150 degree's (but i have a fan oven so maybe 170 for other ovens? dont quote me on that) check on them in 15 mins, but they will need closer to 20, check to see if theyre nice and springy, (push them in gently and the top should bounce back nicely)
good luck!
I will possibly put up what i did for my icing, and maybe pictures in the next couple days, but its late right now and i should be washing up really. If you have any suggestions i would be happy to hear them :)

Catwalk: Miu Miu RTW S/S 10
It's a little late to be posting on the spring/summer collections, but i thought that i would start.
-Also is a good oppertunity for me to catalogue all my faveourites-
I love Miu Miu and this is a beautifull collection, the prints are the highlight, with the swallows and sweet cats, appearing everywhere. Sweet pastel, pale and nude tones, with a deeper red, navy and black appearing. And the detail on some pieces is beautiful, with all the crystals featured and the folds of fabric. enjoy!

Some of my faveourites from the collection...

Stunning aren't they. The colous fabric and crystals are super cute! I would love a pair of these.
This is i think my faveourite from the collection. The details on the collar and sleeves are just perfect, and the gorgeous pattern of the crystals is just amazing! Gorgeous!

Meme
I got my weekly from Fashion Served and i don't usually look through the industrial design section, - i stick to fashion and photography - but i thought i would have a look, and i found the sweetest things ever...Meme's! they are super adorable!! Over long distance you can give one to a loved one, and then remotley controll it to give the loved one some emotion! A really sweet idea, and they just look adorable! I can't work out how to buy one, but i'll have a better look later. (if i find something i will post it up)
